Only in very rare cases do we work with selected, high-performance manufacturers and service providers from outside Europe. We are purchasing-driven rather than sales-driven, which means that we will only attempt to actively sell something ourselves in rare exceptional cases – and we almost never offer special deals. Our “back end” does not consist of servers, but of flexible and creative people. We have now built up an interdisciplinary, global team of engineers, business people, and budding scientists, which we are constantly expanding in order to be able to provide our customers with comprehensive advice. We cannot guarantee our customers that we will not make any mistakes, but we do guarantee that we will do our best to correct our mistakes or those of our suppliers and learn from them.
