Fire safety signs and fire brigade signs

Fire safety signs are standardized safety signs indicating fire extinguishing equipment and appropriate behavior in case of fire. According to DIN EN ISO 7010 (formerly DIN 4844-2), the pictograms are white on a red background (signal red, RAL 3001). In occupational safety, they primarily indicate the protective equipment that must be worn. It is possible to combine several pictograms (e.g., directional arrow and fire alarm).
