A structural adhesive is a high-strength, industrial adhesive used to bond load-bearing or permanently stressed components . Unlike simple assembly or general-purpose adhesives, a structural adhesive is used in technical applications where the bond must withstand mechanical forces, vibrations, temperature fluctuations, or chemicals .
The high-performance methyl acrylate-based structural adhesive was specially developed for bonding difficult-to-adhere plastics such as polyethylene (PE / PE-HD) , polypropylene (PP) , TPE and PMMA .
Thanks to its advanced formulation, the adhesive enables durable, impact-resistant and age-resistant bonds , even on low-energy surfaces where conventional adhesives do not achieve sufficient adhesion.
It can be applied precisely using a manual or automatic dispenser and hardens quickly at room temperature – ideal for assembly, manufacturing and maintenance in professional applications.
