General Terms and Conditions of AAAgiler GmbH
§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
The following General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).
§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our online shop http://www.dede-industrieausstattung.de .
(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract shall be with AAAgiler GmbH, Heinrich-Hertz-Str. 6, D-64295 Darmstadt.
(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. Acceptance of the offer is made in writing or text form, or by sending the ordered goods within one week. After this period has expired without acceptance, the offer is deemed rejected.
(4) The following regulations apply when an order is received in our online shop:
The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order process consists of the following steps:
(1) Selection of the desired goods
(2) Confirm by clicking the “Order” buttons
(3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
(4) Clicking the “Checkout” button
(5) Login to the online shop after registration and entry of login details (email address and password).
(6) Review and/or correct the data entered.
(7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the “order subject to payment” or “buy” button.
Before submitting the order, the customer can review their information and correct any errors by clicking the "Back" button in their web browser. Alternatively, they can cancel the order process by closing the browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order via an automatically generated email (order confirmation). This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer will be made in writing, electronically, or by dispatching the ordered goods within one week.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop:
We save the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at http://www.dede-industrieausstattung.de . You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account → My Orders.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may be added.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying by bank transfer (when purchasing on account), PayPal and credit card.
(3) If we deliver by cash on delivery, the purchase price becomes due upon receipt of the goods.
(4) The minimum order value is EUR 100. Below this amount, an additional small order surcharge of EUR 15 will be charged.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, delivery will take place within 7 working days. The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank responsible for the transfer, and in the case of all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) In the case of a sale involving shipment, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods sold shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are handed over to the buyer.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§6 Right of withdrawal of the customer as a consumer

§7 Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply.
§8 Contract Language
The only language available for the contract is German.
