Our concrete retaining wall elements are designed for various load cases and thus offer versatile protection for your slope stabilization needs . They are also used wherever bulk material needs to be separated, sorted, and stored.
Lay the elements on a concrete sub-base and a level, frost-resistant base layer for maximum stability and durability.
Our retaining wall elements are made of high-quality concrete of grade C35/45 XC4 and meet the stringent requirements for slope stabilization . The front surface boasts a high-quality exposed concrete finish.
The wall thicknesses can be customized to meet individual customer requirements.
The following variants of the concrete retaining wall are available:
1) Standard angle wall elements with a length of approximately 1 m and a wall thickness of 15 cm are available in the following standard heights: 90 cm, 1 m, 110 cm, 120 cm, 130 cm, 140 cm, 1.5 m, 160 cm, 170 cm, 180 cm, 190 cm and 2 m.
2) Extra-reinforced corner wall elements with a wall thickness of 20 cm and 25 cm and a length of approximately 1 m are manufactured upon request. The maximum manufacturing height is 3 m. Matching corner elements and ramps are available upon request.
3) Retaining wall elements with a length of 3 m and a wall thickness of 14 cm are available in the following heights: 90 cm, 1 m, 110 cm, 120 cm, 130 cm, 140 cm, 1.5 m, 160 cm, 170 cm and 180 cm. The maximum height is typically 2.4 m.
4) Protective wall in palisade style, 1.35 m and 2.55 m high, 20 cm thick, in an angle or inverted T-shape.
