The manufacturer is a TÜV Rheinland certified company that meets the requirements for standards and commissioning tests regarding welds and connections.

The manufacturer is certified according to both EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-1. Here is a brief explanation of both standards:

  1. EN ISO 3834-2 : This standard specifies requirements for the quality management system of welding companies. It ensures that the manufacturer can carry out high-quality welding work in accordance with the requirements.

  2. EN 1090-1 : This standard concerns the execution of steel and aluminium structures. It regulates the requirements for execution, including production control by the manufacturer, to ensure the safety and quality of the structures.

The TÜV Rheinland certification confirms that these standards are adhered to by the manufacturer and are regularly checked to maintain conformity.

 

The installations we carry out are 100% RT (radiographic testing) or PT (penetrant testing). RT testing uses X-rays to examine welds and joints for any defects or irregularities. PT testing, on the other hand, involves applying a fluorescent liquid to the surface of welds or joints. UV light then reveals any cracks or porous areas. High-quality raw materials and rigorous testing protocols guarantee the outstanding final quality of our stainless steel products.
