Heavy-duty construction props are known for their adaptability and versatility and are used in almost every industry – from shipyards and construction sites to civil engineering projects and offshore oil platforms. The modular design of these height-adjustable, spindle-driven heavy-duty props is characterized by quick assembly, easy disassembly, stability, and above all, exceptional safety and durability. For example, at a height of 3 m, the heavy-duty prop has a load-bearing capacity of up to 270 kN (approx. 27 t), and at a height of 11 m, it still has a load-bearing capacity of 110 kN (approx. 11 t).
A more cost-effective version of the construction support has a load-bearing capacity of 176 kN (approx. 18 t) at a height of 3 m and a load-bearing capacity of approx. 69 kN or 7 t at a height of 11 m.
The load-bearing capacity can be significantly increased by combining several supports next to each other, e.g. four support columns to form a tower (= four times the load-bearing capacity).
Each spindle allows for height adjustment of up to 62.5 cm, meaning that the overall height of a construction support can be adjusted as desired up to 1.25 m.

Do you need even greater load-bearing capacity? Then our heavy-duty support for up to 40 t (400 kN) at a support height of 11.3 m should be just what you're looking for. For comparison, at a height of 4 m, this support offers a load-bearing capacity of approximately 600 kN or 60 t!
Height-adjustable heavy-duty construction supports, combinable
Heavy-duty construction props or single-leg towers consist of standardized scaffold components and special heavy-duty base and head jacks. By clustering four standard scaffold components, working loads can be significantly increased. Leg loads of up to 270 kN (at a 3 m support height!) can be achieved safely and routinely. Additional bracing provides even greater structural rigidity. Multi-leg towers are also possible, ensuring that higher working loads can be handled with optimal safety.
