The advantages of temporary dust protection systems for construction sites
The temporary and mobile dust barrier with zippers is an effective way to protect areas from dust and dirt during construction or renovation work. Adjustable aluminum poles, ranging in height from 2.3m to 4m, allow for the quick and stable erection of a temporary barrier. These poles are positioned at regular intervals of approximately 2.5m to 3m and feature non-slip pads for a secure base. They are ideal for use with films and self-adhesive zippers, creating a sealable opening and facilitating access to the shielded areas.
- Easy and quick to install
- Adjustable height for most rooms
- Reusable
- Prevents dust pollution and reduces cleaning time

The polyethylene films (also available as a consumable, see table below) in conjunction with the supports form a dust barrier and allow for the cordoning off of areas in offices, apartments or industrial plants during construction work.
The aluminum poles are easily adjustable up to 4 meters and lock into place with a twist. A non-slip, non-marking pad at the top of the pole provides additional stability by gripping the ceiling, while the non-slip base keeps the pole's foot and the liner in position on the floor. The pole head features a clamp that secures the polyethylene liner.
The supports should be installed every 2.5 to 3 meters (or closer if there is a lot of air movement). They are ideal for use with the " zipper dustproof door ", clips, and polyethylene film to create a complete and versatile temporary dust barrier .
Application:
Adjust the support to the height of the ceiling. Clamp the shielding material between the top and bottom, ensuring it is taut. Rotate the support to tighten it and securely clamp the shielding material. Repeat with additional supports as needed. Supports should be placed every 2.5 to 3 meters (or closer if there is significant air movement).
