Non-slip, easy-to-clean handrail tape for stairs
Improves hand grip on stair railings, thus reducing the risk of slipping. The self-adhesive handrail tape with an insulating layer reduces cold transfer to the hand (compared to, for example, steel or exterior steel railings). This encourages more use of the handrails in cold weather.
Plastic handrail with anti-slip and cold protection effect
Also suitable for the renovation / retrofitting of worn handrails or as an anti-slip strip, especially for outdoor stairs.
In at least some European countries it is already mandatory, e.g. the UK Building Regulations Act 2000 requires that handrails be slip-resistant and not cold, e.g. for steel railings in outdoor areas.
Custom sizes from 12 mm to 1371 mm width are possible - for example, it can be cut into the desired shape that corresponds to the perimeter of the railing .
The handrail tape can also be used, for example, on stainless steel transport trolleys in deep-freeze areas . The tape can be used from -30°C to +70°C, although bonding should be carried out at normal ambient temperature.
