To order a custom-made mobile plastic spill containment tray , we need some information from you. Please specify the desired dimensions of the tray by providing the length, width, and height in centimeters. We also need details about the intended use (e.g., which chemicals or liquids will be contained) to ensure the tray meets your requirements and you can send us samples of your chemicals to test the resistance.

The custom-made plastic drip tray is available in the following versions:

1) Width (70 cm to 25 m)
2) Length (70 cm to 25 m)
3) Height: 10 cm, 20 cm or 30 cm (other custom-made drip trays also available up to 45 cm and 60 cm high )
4) Material thickness: Standard (chemically resistant, 680 g/m²), thicker (suitable for smaller vehicles, 900 g/m²), heavy-duty (suitable for heavy machinery, 1200 g/m²)
5) Special features: Non-flammable, antistatic or 100% waterproof (special 100% waterproof layer prevents water leakage)
6) Fixed or foldable support for driving over
7) Material of the supports: Zinc (standard for most applications), stainless steel (for food processing) and chemically resistant special steel
8) Accessories (optional): Bag, ground sheet, D25 AI drain opening with plug, D25 ball valve, 5 m D25 hose, customer-specific logo
9) Desired color (if applicable) - various color options available depending on the selected material or optional equipment.

Please note: The collection tray should be placed in a sheltered location to prevent it from filling up. If this is not possible, the water must be drained regularly. Contaminated water must be disposed of properly in accordance with water regulations. Water may seep from the collection tray over time. The tray should be secured against storms/winds if necessary.

Only place on a suitable, level surface, e.g., no sharp stones, etc.
