Rent or hire mobile, drive-over, foldable spill containment trays , e.g., for filling trucks, drums, and IBC containers . These are a simple and effective means of containing escaping substances, not only in industry when there is only a temporary need or capacity bottlenecks. UV-resistant and therefore suitable for outdoor use .

Leakage trays and drip trays for short-term rental and hire.

There are two standard sizes for leakage trays for short-term and long-term rental :

1) Small: approx. 1.8 x 2.4 x 0.3 m, volume 1296 l, approx. 16 kg weight
2) Medium: approx. 3.25 m x 3.25 m x 0.3 m, volume 3168 l, approx. 33 kg weight
3) Large: 2.5 m x 7 x 0.25 m, volume 4375 l, approx. 39 kg weight (e.g. suitable for 20 foot containers, trailers or construction trailers)
4) XXL: 3 m x 13 m x 0.25 m for tank trucks and 40-foot containers, volume 9750 l, approx. 60 kg weight (other spill containment system)
5) For tank containers, we offer special steel container trays with a collection volume of 24000 l and 37000 l.

Other sizes of collapsible trays, as well as particularly chemical-resistant collection trays, are available for hire upon request.

The tub walls are foldable and the tub floor can be carefully driven over with a forklift. Assembly is very simple (basically, just unroll the collection tub and unfold the side walls, optionally anchoring it to the ground with tent pegs – not included – to secure it against wind or storms).

Please note: The tray should be placed in a sheltered location to prevent it from filling with water. If this is not possible, the water must be drained regularly. Contaminated water must be disposed of properly in accordance with water regulations. Water may seep out of the tray over time. Secure it with tent pegs if necessary to protect against storms/winds.

Folding tub for flammable materials for rent

Our standard rental spill containment tray is not intended for the storage of flammable substances according to TRGS 510. Another non-combustible spill containment tray made of self-extinguishing special film is also available for rent (please allow for longer delivery times of 4 to 8 weeks).
