Instructions for use of the fire blanket

• Place the fire blanket in an easily accessible location so that you can quickly access it in an emergency.
• In case of fire, you can quickly pull out the fire blanket by holding the two black straps.
• Unfold the blanket and hold it in front of you like a shield, as long as it's still possible to approach the fire safely in an emergency. Be sure to protect your hands as well!
• Carefully cover the fire with the fire blanket and simultaneously turn off the power supply or gas supply.
• Take additional firefighting measures until the fire is completely extinguished. DO NOT use water on oil/grease fires!!!
  
• After extinguishing the fire, allow the blanket to cool and dispose of it as a combustible waste product.
