Modular traffic signs for mobile construction sites, for mounting on guideposts

Clip-on traffic signs for temporary and daytime construction sites , compatible with all standard guideposts used in Germany. These modular traffic signs can be flexibly combined . They are also suitable for permanent use, for example , for easily retrofitting dangerous curves with directional signsto warn motorcyclists and drivers .

  • Clip-on traffic sign signs (also for replacement) in accordance with the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), suitable for all guideposts commonly used in Germany, as well as for compatible triangular and round support posts with warning stripes.
  • Adjustable thanks to the variable angle setting, e.g. for visibility in curves
  • Outriggers to ensure compliance with clearance profiles and installation heights according to RSA (e.g. in curves)
  • All individual elements can be attached separately or used in combination on top of each other.

Freely combinable / modular interchangeable signs for daytime construction sites

For even more flexible, faster and safer marking and securing of daytime construction sites : The easy-to-use, combinable system serves to facilitate the daily work of the road maintenance service and to increase general personal and traffic safety during short-term measures and work along the road.

All modular traffic sign plug-in system components are characterized by the following properties.

  • All individual elements can be attached separately or used in combination on top of each other.
  • Quick and easy assembly
  • Impact-resistant and splinter-free plastic
  • Plastic white dyed throughout
  • Dimensionally stable and flexible
  • UV and acid resistant
  • Rounded corners and surrounding protective foil edge
  • Traffic sign film type RA2/C microprismatic
  • Tested and stable according to TL installation device

Triangle, e.g. "Warning: Construction Site": side length 900 mm, sign size 2, weight approx. 1.4 kg
Round/circle, e.g., maximum permissible speed: diameter 600 mm, weight approx. 1.5 kg
Additional signs, e.g. for supplementary texts such as "mowing work", "at 1 km", "driven hunt": Dimensions 330 x 600 mm, sign size 2, weight approx. 1.2 kg
Square: Dimensions 500 x 500 mm, film size 500 x 500 mm, weight approx. 1.5 kg
Coupling: Connection option for the modules TRIANGLE, ROUND and SQUARE.

As an alternative to the guidepost, there is also a support post and a round post with warning stripes.

If there is no guidepost in the correct location where the interchangeable signs can be attached, we offer a support post:

  • Triangular plastic posts
  • Basic profile analogous to a standard guidepost (without daytime running lights and reflectors)
  • Lengths from 0.30 – 1.60 m are possible.
  • UV and acid resistant, cold impact resistant, flexible and dimensionally stable
  • Installation in standard bases for guideposts
  • Mounting on steel guardrail with double claw bracket on Sigma post 100
  • Mounting on steel guardrail with malleable cast iron clamping bracket on the frame rail

Alternatively, we also offer a suitable round post with red and white warning stripes:

  • Plastic posts with a diameter of approximately 150 mm
  • Lengths of 1.50 – 1.80 m are possible.
  • Lower mounting for ground sleeves with a diameter of 60 mm
  • UV and acid resistant, cold impact resistant, flexible and dimensionally stable
  • Optional equipment with red and white cylinder foil type RA2/C
  • Mounting in standard sign base sleeves with a diameter of 60 mm, cast iron with clamping ring or adapted for quick locking.

In addition, there are transport racks for the safe transport of 2 or 6 interchangeable signs. The two-sign transport rack can also be screwed to the side panel of a van.

Available with all traffic sign films; custom prints according to customer specifications are possible.
