The mats for mobile boat ramps are available in different surface configurations , which are optimized according to the area of application and load requirements:
1) Single-sided profiled version Light Duty
This version features a profiled underside that provides secure grip on sand and soft ground. The top surface is smooth and barefoot-friendly , making it ideal for beaches, swimming areas, and recreational use. It combines a secure footing with high walking comfort. Load capacity: up to 3.5 t (depending on ground conditions/surface, incline, and vehicle type!)
2) Double-sided profiled version Heavy Duty
This design features a profile on both sides , ensuring maximum grip and high traction for vehicle tires , especially on slopes and inclined boat slips or ramps . It is designed for heavier loads and is ideal for use with boat trailers, towing vehicles, and heavier boats . Load capacity: up to 40 tons (depending on ground conditions/subsoil, incline, and vehicle type!).
Available widths: 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m and 3 m, and 4.2 m only as Heavy Duty.
Available lengths: 5 m, 10 m, 15 m, 20 m, 25 m and 30 m (Exceptions: Heavy Duty with a width of 3 m, max. 25 m length and with a width of 4.20 m, max. 15 m length)
Examples of weight and diameter:
1) A 3 m x 10 m light duty sand mat weighs 42 kg with a roll diameter of 35 cm and a heavy duty mat weighs 52 kg with a roll diameter of 50 cm.
2) A 3 m x 25 m Light Duty sand mat weighs 100 kg with a diameter of 56 cm and a 4.2 m x 15 m Heavy Duty beach mat weighs 107 kg with a diameter of 65 cm.
Available colors:
1) Jay blue – for maximum visibility , ideal in high-traffic areas and at boat ramps
2) Sand brown – for a subtle, natural integration into the surroundings
