Stackable blocks for heavy loads

The stacking blocks can be adjusted to the required load height – simply stack the blocks on top of each other. An intelligent design prevents the blocks from slipping: three sides of the blocks have reinforcing ribs, while the fourth has a smooth surface. The interplay of ribs and notches ensures the stacks are firm and stable.

Stacking stand up to a maximum of 100 t

Length x width x thickness, weight in kg

Stacking block short
448 x 140 x 140 mm, 6.5 kg
Top or bottom lid for short stacking block: 600 x 600 x 40 mm, 12.3 kg

Example configurations, max. support force 49 t each:

Lids top and bottom Number of blocks in between Height in mm
2 3 235
2 6 360
2 9 485
2 12 610
2 15 735
2 18 860
2 21 985
2 24 1110
2 27 1235
2 30 1360

Long support blocks, e.g. also for transformers
1174 x 140 x 140 mm, 16.5 kg
Top and/or bottom lid for long stacking block: 1200 x 1200 x 80 mm, 100 kg
Example configuration: 2 x lids, one each on top and bottom, plus 8 + 8 blocks in between = 174 t support force (130 t without lid plates)

Safety instructions:

Safety first!
1. To achieve a stable and safe construction, blocks of the same size must be laid on
It can be used on level and firm surfaces.
2. Use the smooth side as the bottom and as the top edge.
3. The foundation of your structure should consist of a compact layer of support blocks.
consist (as shown in the illustrations).
4. Use the support blocks as additional safety measures when using lifting equipment.
5. The support blocks must not be used for dynamic loads.
6. For soils with a bearing capacity below 30 N/cm², we strongly recommend...
Base plate under the foundation.
