Shipping / Transport

You will receive your order in a single shipment whenever possible, unless your order contains items that require separate packaging, different shipping methods, or are available for delivery at a later date. This will not incur any additional shipping and handling costs for you: we will cover them. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days, but always as quickly as possible. Should an item be unavailable and we therefore be unable to accept your order, we will inform you on the invoice or via written notification.

No returns on custom-made/custom-sized items.

An additional €15 processing fee applies to orders below €100 net value (shown as shipping costs).
