Technical details of the large colored 3D metal letters
Our 3D letters are made of 3 mm hot-dip galvanized steel sheet , precisely laser-cut , welded, and then finished with a high-quality powder coating . This process guarantees maximum robustness, corrosion protection, and a durable surface with a first-class appearance.
Each letter has a metal base or plinth with the same finish. This plinth serves as a stable base and incorporates the anchors with locknuts on the underside , thus securely fixing the structure.
For hard surfaces such as concrete, stone, asphalt or walls, the base is screwed directly into place.
On soft ground, a concrete foundation slab is laid beforehand, into which the letters are securely embedded using metal anchors and chemical anchoring (injection resin) . This creates a permanently stable fix – even under wind loads, high visitor traffic and public use.
Dimensions: Height selectable between 1.40 m & 0.70 m , depth 20 cm .
