WEICON CBC is suitable for underpinning and backing difficult-to-align structures. The system serves as a replacement for shims, such as steel or similar materials, and ensures direct contact with foundation slabs. This special epoxy resin system has a low viscosity, is highly flowable, and self-leveling. It has a pot life of 30 minutes and cures with virtually no shrinkage. It offers permanently high static strength and exhibits excellent aging resistance. The epoxy resin system adheres particularly well to steel and concrete. It has high compressive strength and is resistant to many chemicals, oils, and fuels. It is vibration-resistant and also temperature-resistant. Due to its very low shrinkage, machines and systems remain perfectly aligned after being encased with WEICON CBC.
