Custom-made plastic molded parts - Individual plastic solutions for your requirements
The injection- molded parts are manufactured cost-effectively using plastic injection molding processes, even for small or medium production runs.
To prepare a quote for the production, we need the following information:
- 3D data set in STEP or SAT format
- Technical drawing
- Surface finish specifications according to VDI 3400
- Raw material / plastic and color (RAL)
- SOP (date of production start)
- Estimated annual quantities
- Planned individual acceptances
- Planned total runtime of the article
Services in the field of injection molded parts: prototype construction, reverse engineering, express service, tool maintenance and takeover of existing tools from other suppliers
If CAD drawings of the injection-molded parts are not available, we also offer reverse engineering as a service .
It may also be possible to take over existing tools or to have them maintained by the manufacturer, for example, in the event of delivery difficulties or insolvency of the existing supplier . If necessary, we also offer a fast express service (approximately 8 weeks to SOP - Start of Production), for example, in the event of a sharp increase in demand or if a tool has been damaged.
- Shot weights from 0.001 g to 600 g are technically feasible.
- Processing of all common thermoplastics including high-performance plastics such as PPS
- Hybrid - Insert Moulding (metal with plastic) / Overmolding of insert parts, 1K or 2K (two types of plastic)
