Betonfundament Schwingungsdämpfung
Vibration damping for concrete foundations
This high-quality vibration damping material is specifically designed for the efficient sound insulation and vibration isolation of heavy machinery and concrete foundations . It offers reliable protection against shocks and noise caused by large inertial loads and is therefore ideal for use under vibration-prone equipment. The robust material blend of SBR fibers and EPDM granules, bonded with a high-quality polyurethane binder, ensures excellent vibration isolation. With a thickness of 10 mm or 20 mm and a density of 950 kg/m³, the panels contribute to reducing ground vibrations in building foundations, thus improving sound insulation.
Vibration damping for floor foundations and machine foundations
These vibration-damping, highly durable panels are made from a high-density blend of recycled rubber, processed using pressure and heat. A waterproof, tear-resistant textile coating on one side provides additional protection and longevity. The standard dimensions of the panels are 1 meter long and 1 meter wide, making them ideal for use under screed, floating concrete slabs, or as foundation insulation.
